WeconnectU data migration to PropWorx

When importing data from WeconnectU, you can download the report from WeConnectU (you may generate separate reports for active and archived leases):
  • Leases Report: Navigate to Leases, click on Options, and select Export Leases.
  • Assets Report: Access Portfolio Data, choose Assets, and ensure all portfolios are selected. Then, click on Options and export Assets.
  • Assets Groups: Under Portfolio Data, select Assets Groups, and use the Options to export Assets.
  • Beneficiaries (Copy/Paste) Report: Go to Payments, then Beneficiaries.
  • Tenants Accounts: Access Reports, navigate to Compliance/Business, and scroll down to Other Report. Select the desired data range (current or future month), choose Tenant Accounts, and export.
  • Deposit Summary Report: In Reports, go to Compliance/Business, and scroll down to the Deposit Summary Report. Select the current date and export.
