How to download the reports from the REPORTS screen: Click on REPORTS drop down menu from ribbon bar then VIEW ALL REPORTS. Under TENANTS, BENEFICIARIES & PROPERTIES heading use the drop-down menu and Export
data for the following reports in a CSV format:
Report 1. Reports then View All Reports then Tenants, beneficiaries & properties then Select Properties: All and CSV format and click Generate Report
Report 2. Reports then View All Reports then Tenants, beneficiaries & properties then Select Tenants: All and CSV format and click Generate Report
Report 3. Reports then View All Reports then Tenants, beneficiaries & properties then Select Beneficieries: All and CSV format and click Generate Report
Report 4. Reports then View All Reports then Tenants, beneficiaries & properties then Select Beneficieries: OWNERS and CSV format and click Generate Report
