Step 1: Log into Rentbook. 
Step 2: Click on Reports
Step 3: Export to EXCEL & CSV
1) Summary Report (under Property Reports)
2) Vacancy Report  (under Property Reports)
3) Export Contacts (under System Reports)
4) Expiry Report (under Lease Reports)
5) Occupancy Report  (under Lease Reports)
6) Rent Roll (under Lease Reports)
7) Tenant Arrears (under Lease Reports)
6) Deposit Summary (under Deposit Reports)

Step 5: Email the reports to support@mypropworx.com

Note: Import of data may take up to 5 working days. A minimum fee of R2500.00 plus VAT is payable.
