There are three ways to manage File Notes on PropWorx:
Option 1: Manage from All Notes Report
Option 2: Manage from file tab on customer file tab (e.g., Property tab)
Option 3: Manage from Notes tab on customer file tab
Option 1: Manage from All Notes Report

The all notes report will show all notes that have been added by all users on all customer files, properties, and contacts profiles.
1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.
2.Click on Communication
3. On the main ribbon bar, click Notes
4. All notes added by all users will appear on this report.
5. Option to View, Edit or Delete:
- To View: Click on the View button (
) to open note.
- To Edit or Clear: Click on the Edit button (
). Notes can be edited and saved by clicking Update. Notes can be cleared by clicking Clear.
- Click on the Delete Button (
) and click the Delete on the note pop-up. The note will be deleted permanently from PropWorx.
Option 2: Manage from file tab on customer file tab (e.g., Property tab)

The all notes added by all users for selected customer file tab will appear here.
1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.
2. Click on Customer Files.
3. Select Rental or Sales on the menu heading.
4. Click on the File Name to open the file.
5. Customer File will open. Click on a file tab (e.g. Property) on the file tab ribbon bar.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Documents, Communications & Notes section. Click on Notes.
7. Option to Add, View, Edit or Delete:
- To Add: Click Add New Button. Add note details and click Save.
- To View: Click on the View button (
).
- To Edit or Delete: Click on the Edit button (
). Notes can be edited and saved by clicking Save. Notes can be deleted by clicking Delete.
Option 3: Manage from Notes tab on customer file tab

All notes added under the File tabs for the selected Customer file will appear here
1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.
2. Click on Customer Files.
3. Select Rental or Sales on the menu heading.
4. Click on the File Name to open the file.
5. Customer File will open. Click on Notes on the file tab ribbon bar.
6. All notes added under the File tabs for the selected Customer file will appear here.
7. Option to Add, View, Edit or Delete:
- To Add: Click Create New Note Button. Add note details and click Save.
- To View: Click on the View button (

- To Edit or Delete: Click on the Edit button (
). Notes can be edited and saved by clicking Save. Notes can be deleted by clicking Delete.
