Managing Documents/Media Files

There are three ways to manage Documents/Media Files on PropWorx:

Option 1: Manage from file tab on customer file tab (e.g., Property tab)
Option 2: Manage from Documents tab on customer file tab

Option 1: Manage from file tab on customer file tab (e.g., Property tab)

1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.


2. Click Customer Files.


3. Click Rental or Sale






4. Open the Customer File by clicking on the file name.




5. Customer File will open.
6. Choose the File Tab to load the note against (e.g. Property)

  1. Sales File


7. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Documents, Communications & Notes section. Click on Documents. Documents for specific file tab will open.




Option 2: Manage from Documents tab on customer file tab

1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.



2. Click Customer Files.


3. Click Rental or Sale






4. Open the Customer File by clicking on the file name.



5. Customer File will open. Click Documents.




7. All documents added under the File tabs for the selected Customer file will appear here. 




Document Management Features

View Documents in Grid or Table

1. Change between grid (thumbnail view) or table (list view) format by clicking the Grid () / List () toggle

Rename a Document

Any changes made to the document name, will change everywhere the document appears on PropWorx.
1. Tick Document and click Rename File button. Edit File Name screen will open, rename file and click Save. Document will be renamed.



Download Document/s

Tick Document/s and click Download File button. Selected document/s will be saved to the download folder of the device.



Attached Document/s to Email

Tick Document/s and click Send Via Email button. Selected document/s will be attached to an email.





Delete document/s

Tick Document/s and click Deleted File button, click Yes to accept delete prompt. Selected document/s will be deleted and sent to recycle bin.



Create Document Groups/Folders

The user is able to create sub-folders within the file tab. These folders will then appear on all customer files on those particular file tabs. 

1. Click Group Setting Button (). 



2. Group Setting screen will open. 

To Create New Group: Click on Create New Group button. Add Group name and click save. Group will appear on the file tab.



To Edit Group: Click on Edit button (). Change Group name and click save.



To Delete Group: Click on Delete button (). Click Yes to accept the prompt. Group name will be deleted.
