Edit Property Details

Changes made to the Property will update automatically everywhere the property appears (i.e., linked files).

There are two ways to edit property details:

  1. Option 1: From Property Profile (All Properties report)
  2. Option 2: From Property Tab on File

Option 1: From Property Profile (All Properties Report)

1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.




2. Click Properties.



3. Click All Properties



4. Property Report will open. Click on the Property Address to view property profile.



5. Selected Property Profile will open. Click Property.



6. Selected Property Profile will open.  

To Edit: Click on Edit to property record details.



To Save: Click on Save Changes to update property record details



Option 2: Property Tab on file

1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.


2. Click Customer Files.


3. Click Rental or Sale





4. Open the Customer File by clicking on the file name.



5. Customer File will open.

6. Click on Property on the file tab ribbon bar. 
  1. Rental file


  1. Sales File

7.  Property will open to view details.  

To Edit: Click on Edit to add or modify record details.



To Save: Click on Save Changes to update record details.
