Understanding the Maintenance Record Dashboard

Maintenance Mini-Dashboard

The Maintenance mini-dashboard will automatically populate when specific fields in the Maintenance Details and Contractor Details sections are filled out in the maintenance record.

The following fields in the Maintenance Details section update the mini-dashboard:
  1. Date Report and Priority: Updates the “Opened on” status on the dashboard.
  2. Reported to Landlord Date: Updates the “Reported to Landlord” status on the dashboard.
  3. Quotes Required: Updates the “Quotes” status on the dashboard.


The following fields in the Contractor Details section update the mini-dashboard:
  1. Received Quote date and Quote Status (in the quote details of each contractor entry): Updates the “Quotes” status on the dashboard.
  2. Job date & Job completed Date (in the job details of each contractor entry): Updates the “Job Card Status” on the dashboard.


The following fields in the Transactions Details section update the mini-dashboard:
  1. Transactions loaded: Updates the “Payment” status on the dashboard.
