Maintenance Report

1. Click on Admin in the Main Menu.


2. To access the inspection report, there are two methods:

Method 1: Click on Dashboard in the sub-menu, then select the Repairs button.



Method 2: Navigate to “Admin Menu” in the sub-menu, then click on Maintenance.



3. The Maintenance Report will open.

  1. Category (Optional): Utilize the existing filter category buttons to quickly generate reports. Clicking on a Category button will auto-filter the table report.



  1. Status type (Optional): If desired, change the status type filter to view open or closed maintenance records.


4. To Access a Maintenance Record from the Report: Click on the Record ID to open the record.



Additional Report filters & Features
  1. To Send Bulk Correspondence: Select the desired record row(s) by ticking the checkboxes, then click the Send button. Choose between Email or SMS options.

  1. To Show & Hide Table Columns: Click on the Columns button. Select the columns to be displayed (show) or deselected (hide). Click OK to update the table.

  1. To Export Reports: Click on the Export button and pick between PDF or Excel formats.

  1. Report Filter by Grouping: To filter using a dropdown, click on the grouping box and select an option from the menu. The available grouping dropdowns may vary depending on the report.
