Understanding the Inspection Record Dashboard

The Inspection mini-dashboard will automatically update based on specific fields populated in the Inspection Details section of the inspection record. 

 The following fields in the Inspection Details section contribute to the mini-dashboard updates:

1. Inspection Date: will be updated from the “Inspection Date and Time”. 
   

1. Assigned: will be updated from the “Inspector” field. 

1. Started: will be updated from the “Started Date & Time” as well as the “Estimated Inspection Duration” field.

1. Completed: will be updated from the “Submitted Date & Time” as well as the “Completed Date & Time”.
   

1. Status: Updates the Status toggle for open and closed record.
