Email Settings (Gmail/Microsoft/SMTP)
Email settings are stored by your internal ISP(Internet service Provider) or Technical department, No one at Propworx will request/store any personal email credentials to ensure the safety and security of your Email server.
Connect Outgoing SMTP Email Settings
- Click Settings on the Main Menu.

- Click My Settings.

- Click the Edit button to load and maintain user email settings.

- Scroll to the Email Settings section.
Select SMTP and complete the SMTP configuration fields.
SMTP Fields:
- Server Name: Your SMTP server host (e.g.
smtp.example.com) - Port: 587 or 25
- Use Secure Connection (TLS): Tick if required.
- Authentication Required: Tick if required.
- Username: User email address (e.g.
user@example.com) - SMTP Email: User email address (e.g.
user@example.com) - Password: User email password.
- Click Save Changes before testing.

Connect Emails Via Gmail intergration
- Click Settings on the Main Menu.

- Click Integrations.

- Click Google.

- The Google Partner page opens.
- Click the Connect button.

- You will be redirected to the Gmail login page. Enter your Gmail username and password, then click Login.
- On the verification page, click Advanced, then Go to PropWorx.

- Click Continue on the Sign in to PropWorx page.
- Click Select All on the PropWorx wants access to your Google Account page, then click Continue.

- Once connected, you will be redirected back to PropWorx. You may need to sign in again.
Connect Google Account To My Settings
- Click My Settings.

- Click the Edit button to load and maintain your email settings.

- Scroll to the Email Settings section and select Gmail from the drop-down list.

- Click Save Changes before testing.

Connect Emails Via Microsoft Intergration (GRAPH)
- Click Settings on the Main Menu.

- Click Integrations.

- Click Microsoft.

- The Microsoft Partner page will open. Click the Connect button.

- Sign in using your Microsoft username and password,
then click Login.
- Click Accept on the Permission Required page.

- Once connected, you will be redirected back to PropWorx.
You may need to sign in again.

Connect Microsoft Account To My Settings
- Click My Settings.

- Click the Edit button to load and maintain your email settings.

- Scroll to the Email Settings section and select Microsoft 365/Exchange from the account drop-down.

- Click Save Changes before testing.
