TOUBLESHOOTING PROPWORX WEB ACCESS - MAC COMPUTERS - SAFARI

1. Open the Safari Menu in the browser
2.  Click on Privacy menu
3. Untick "Website Tracking" option for "Prevent cross-site tracking"




To disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" feature on a Macbook, follow these steps:

Open the "System Preferences" app by clicking on the Apple menu in the top left corner of the screen and selecting "System Preferences."

In the System Preferences window, click on the "Safari" icon.

In the Safari preferences window, click on the "Privacy" tab.

In the Privacy tab, uncheck the box next to "Prevent cross-site tracking."

Close the Safari preferences window.
