PropWorx Portals: Register Tenants and Landlords to Portal
REGISTER CLIENT
Before registering clients, ensure the email address to be registered is correct email for that client. If client has multiple email address on their profile, you will be able to select only one email address to register them to the portal.
1. There are two ways to register clients:
Option 2: Via the Contact's Page: Click on Admin then Contacts then Tenants or Landlords. On the client row, click on the "Not Registered on PropWorx Portal".
2. On the pop-up screen
Single email - Register Contact screen will appear. Click on the "Register On Portal" button.
Multiple email - Email section screen will appear. Click on the email that you want to register and then click select. Register Contact screen will appear. Click on the Register On Portal button
3. Client profile will now show as Click on the "Registered on PropWorx Portal".
Note: If a client is linked to multiple properties as a tenant or landlord, they will automatically be registered against all linked files. However, if a client is both a tenant and a landlord on different files, you need to register them separately for each role.
4. An email from PropWorx will be sent to the client notifying them of their registration (this may take up to 5 minuets or may be received in spam mail). The client will need to use the temporary password provided or click Forget Password to access their account. Once the password is setup, the client can access the portal via https://portal.propworx.co.za/

IMPORTANT: Please ensure to update any email and SMS templates to reflect the correct portal link. To update templates, click on Settings then Templates then select template and edit template to make changes and save.
DEREGISTER CLIENT
1. There are two ways to deregister clients:
Option 2: Via the Contact's Page: Click on Admin then Contacts then Tenants or Landlords. On the client row, click on the "Registered".
2. On the pop-up screen click on the "Deregistration from Portal".
Note: If a client is linked to multiple properties as a tenant or landlord, they will automatically be deregistered against all linked files. However, if a client is both a tenant and a landlord on different files, you need to deregister them separately for each role.
EMAIL VALIDATION FAILED
Before registering clients, ensure the email address to be registered is correct email for that client. If the email is incorrect, the profile will show with the text "Email Validation Failed"
1. There are two ways to correct email validation:
- Option 2: Via the Contact's Page: Click on Admin then Contacts then Tenants or Landlords. On the client row, click on the Client Name.
2. Client profile will open. Click Edit and correct Email within the email field. Click Save to save changes.
3. Client profile will now show as "Not Registered on PropWorx Portal".
- Note: If a client is linked to multiple properties as a tenant or landlord, the email address will automatically be corrected against all linked files.
