PropWorx Investments: Topup Funds

Note: Deposit top-up requests will appear on the payment screen to be submitted for release. Once released, please allow up to three business days for top-up funds to reflect on the investment account.

Step 1: Go to Accounting, then Investments Accounts.

Step 2: Look for the relevant deposit.

Step 3: Click on the three dots on the deposit row you want to top-up 

Step 4: Click on Topup Funds on the mini-menu

Step 4: A popup will appear. Add the amount to top-up and click Save

Note: The Bank details will be in the investment account details for that specific deposit. 

Step 6: Row will turn Blue and Payment will now appear on the submit payment screen (Accounting the Payments then Submit Payments)
