Good day, An important PropWorx update will be released shortly. It introduces
separate tenant tax invoices and changes to how tenant fees are processed
and managed. Tenant Statements and Tax InvoicesTenant invoices now also appear as separate invoice documents. | • | A Statement showing all transactions posted to
the tenant’s account. | | • | A separate Tax Invoice showing fees that have been
debited to the tenant. |
Important reminder:
As before, posting an ordinary charge to a tenant’s statement does not classify it as a fee or as income to your company. Only charges processed through PropWorx as fees are treated as company income.
Both ordinary charges and fees will continue to appear on the tenant statement. The fees now also appear on a separate tenant tax invoice.
Document previously labelled “Statement/Invoice” will now be called simply “Statement.” This reflects its purpose more clearly, as any applicable fees will now be provided on a separate tax invoice.
No transaction information is being removed from the tenant statement. Both ordinary charges and fees will continue to appear on it as before.

More filtering columns on the Tenant Charging ReportWe had added more columns to the bulk tenant charges screen to make it easier to sort and filter.
Submitted Fees are now lockedImprovements on the submitted fees. These fees cannot be edited once submitted.
Available NowAutomatic FNB Bank FeedThe automatic FNB bank feed allows eligible FNB banking transactions to
flow directly into PropWorx, reducing manual bank statement imports and
making processing and reconciliation easier. PropWorx Deposit ManagerPropWorx Deposit Manager helps simplify the administration and
reconciliation of tenant deposits. If you would like to activate the automatic FNB bank feed or connect to
PropWorx Deposit Manager, please contact our team and we will assist you
with the connection. Coming Soon to PropWorxPiqsi Smart InspectionsPiqsi is PropWorx’s own smart inspection platform, designed to work with

Digital SignaturesDigital signature functionality will allow documents to be sent and
signed electronically, helping you complete agreements and approvals
more efficiently. Tenant Portal Tickets and TasksTenants will be able to create tickets through the Tenant Portal. These
requests can then be managed and followed up as tickets and tasks within
PropWorx, improving communication and providing a clear record of each
