Credit Card Payments

On PropWorx, the processing of credit card account details and payments is subject to bank restrictions. Clients must utilize either the public recipient list or manually submit payments to the bank.

For clients affiliated with FNB, Nedbank, or Netcash, the following steps apply:
1. Add a payment. 
2. Click on the Beneficiary list () button to access the public recipient list. 
3. Under the Public Recipient list, choose between FNB, Nedbank or Netcash.
4. Search and select the credit card facility. 
5. Add the credit card number as the reference



6. Payment will be able to be generated and uploaded as part of the payment batch. 


For all other clients:
Clients can input the credit card bank details on PropWorx to facilitate payment generation within a batch. It's important to note that this batch won't be uploaded to the bank. Instead, clients should utilize the provided details for record-keeping purposes and manually load the payment onto the bank platform.

1. Add a payment. 
2. Fill in the recipient bank detail:
  1. Account holder
  2. Bank
  3. Account Type
3. Under the Account # add 0.
4. Add the credit card number as the reference


5. Payment will be loaded and can be generated as part of a batch. The payment will be loaded manually on the bank.
