Settings: SMTP Emails

For Email settings, the user will require SMTP settings OR can connect their Microsoft 365 exchange (see Microsoft365 Integration)  or Google account (see Google Integration).
 
1. Click Settings on the Main Menu.



2. Click My Settings



3. Click Edit button to load and maintain user email settings


4. Scroll to Email Settings section.

5. Select SMTP and fill in the email SMTP details


  1. Server name: your server host details (e.g. smtp.eeeee.com)
  2. Port: 587 or 25
  3. Use Secure Connection TLS: Tick if required.
  4. Authentication Required: Tick if required.
  5. Username: User email address (e.g. ps.visitor002@.eeeee.com)
  6. SMTP Email: User email address (e.g. ps.visitor002@.eeeee.com)
  7. Password: Client password
6. Click Save Changes before testing.
