PropWorx Portals: Register Landlords to Portal
Before registering clients, ensure the email address to be registered is correct email for that client. Ensure there is only one email address on the client's profile before registering. If a client has multiple email addresses, remove the extras, register with the single email, then re-add the additional emails afterward.
1. There are two ways to register clients:
- Option 1: Via the File: Click on Admin then Customer file then Landlords. Click on the "Not Registered on PropWorx Portal".
Option 2: Via the Contact's Page: Click on Admin then Contacts then Landlords. Click on the "Not Registered on PropWorx Portal".
2: On the pop-up screen, tick to register the client and click save.
- Note: If a client is linked to multiple properties as a landlord, they will be automatically registered against all linked files. However, if a client is both a tenant and a landlord on different files, you need to register them separately for each role.
- To unregister a client, repeat the above steps and untick the tick box.
3. An email from PropWorx will be sent to the client notifying them of their registration (this may take up to 5 minuets or may be received in spam mail). The client will need to use the temporary password provided or click Forget Password to access their account. Once the password is setup, the client can access the portal via https://portal.propworx.co.za/
