Manage Offers and Offerors
1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.
2. Click on Customer Files.
3. Select Sales on the menu heading.
4. Click on the File Name to open the file.
5. Customer File will open. Click on Offers on the file tab ribbon bar.
6. Offer screen will open.
Add an Offer
1. Click on Add Offers button.
2. New offer record screen will open. The Offer Record is split into two (2) sections:
- Offer Details
- Offeror(s)
3. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status from the dropdown. All other fields in this section are optional. This section is to keep track of offer to purchase details.
4. To confirm, click Save Changes button.
5. An Offer Record will be created and loaded to the Offers screen. Repeat as required.
Edit an Offer
1. Click on the Offer Record button.
2. Selected offer record screen will open.
3. Click on Edit button.
4. To confirm changes, click Save Changes button.
Add an Offeror(s) to the record
1. Under the offer record screen, scroll to the Offeror(s) section. Click on Add Offeror button.
2. Contact List will appear.
3. Users can choose to link:
- Option A) Link an Existing Contact– type in the search field. PropWorx will filter results of existing contacts. Select by clicking on the contact to be linked to the file. Repeat loading contacts if required.
- Option B) Create a New Contact– click on the Create New Contact button. Select the contact type (i.e., Person or Company). Create New contact screen will appear. Repeat if required.
4. Repeat as required. Selected contact/s will appear on the record under Offerors(s) section.
- To remove the offeror, click on the delete () button and click yes on the delete prompt.
5. Selected contact/s will also appear on the main offer screen.
Accept an Offer
1. Click on the Offer Record button.
2. Selected offer record screen will open.
4. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status from the dropdown and change to Offer Accepted.
5. Additional Offer Details: Some fields (if filled) will be copied to the transfer details tab:
- Total Offer Amount will become Purchase Price.
- Deposit/Cash Amount will become Deposit / Cash Value.
- Bond Amount will become Mortgage bond Value.
- Suspensive Conditions will become Purchase Conditions.
- Other Conditions/ Requests will become Other Conditions.
6. Any Offeror(s) loaded will be copied to the buyers tab.
7. To proceed with approval, click on Copy Record to Transfer button.
8. To confirm, click Save Changes button.
9. Offer Record will turn green on the offer screen.
1. Click on the Offer Record button.
2. Selected offer record screen will open.
4. Under the Offer Details section, select the Offer Status from the dropdown and change to Offer Cancelled / Rejected.
5. To confirm, click Save Changes button.
9. Offer Record will turn grey on the offer screen.
Delete an Offer Record
1. On the Offers tab, click on the delete () button next to the offer record to be delete.
2. Click on Yes to confirm the action.
3. The record will be deleted off the offer tab.
