Manage the Inspection Record Status
The inspection status of a record automatically updates as certain fields are filled in. The following states can be updated based on the designated fields:
Pending Status: When a new inspection is created and "Inspection Date" added, the inspection status will remain as Pending.
Assigned to staff member: The status changes to "Assigned to staff member" when the inspector is assigned to the inspection record.
Active/In Progress: When the start date is added, the status becomes Active/In Progress.
Submitted for Management Review: When the submit date is added, the status is updated to "Submitted for management review."
Complete: Upon adding the complete date, the status changes to Complete.
Closed: Clicking the closed toggle updates the status to Closed.
