Manage Tenant Debit Orders

Manage Tenant Debit Orders

You have the option to initiate Debit Orders through your own bank or by using the Netcash integration. With both methods, you will be responsible for inputting and managing the debit orders directly through your bank or the Netcash platform.

To streamline the process, you can leverage some of our available reports, such as the “Statement Balance report,” to obtain the amounts due for the upcoming month. Depending on your preference and the platform you're using (bank or Netcash), you can either manually input or copy and paste the necessary details.

Once the debit orders are processed through your bank or Netcash, you can easily import them into PropWorx as you would with a standard bank import (see Banking: Import Bank Statement). Notably, using Netcash provides the convenience of an automatic bank feed, simplifying the process.

Within the PropWorx platform, you have the ability to flag files associated with debit orders under the lease tab. This information will be readily accessible on the payment screen, should you wish to retain the funds for a certain period in anticipation of any potential bounced transactions. Refer to the accompanying images for further clarification.
