Investment Accounts: Reports

PropWorx offers a comprehensive solution for clients to effectively administer investment deposits on behalf of their clientèle. It facilitates the creation of subaccounts for individual investments with the capability to accrue interest on a per-investment basis. PropWorx seamlessly integrates with a selection of esteemed financial institutions that support investment accounts, including:
  1. First National Bank 3PIM
  2. ABSA TPFM
  3. Nedbank Corporate Saver
  4. Capitec (formally Mercantile Bank)
  5. African Bank (formally Grindrod TIS)
By partnering with these reputable banks, PropWorx ensures compatibility and enables its clients to maximize the potential of their investment management capabilities

1. Click Accounting on the Main Menu.


2. Click Banking



3. On the main ribbon bar, select the Investment Accounts.



4.  Investment Accounts screen will open. 

5. There are two investment Reports: 
  1. All Investment Balances
  2. Investment Account Ledger


 All Investment Balances Report

Notes
All Investment Balance report is the consolidated report for all investment facilities and will show a list of all closing investments balances for a selected month.

1. Click on All Investment balances button. 



2. If required: Select the Date from the calendar 




Investment Account Ledger

Notes
Investment Account Ledger is the list of the individual investment accounts for the full period linked to a specific facility. 

1. Click on Investment Account Ledgers button. 



2.  Select Customer File from the drop-down and the Investment Account from the drop-down.
