Investment: Import Investment Account

PropWorx offers a comprehensive solution for clients to effectively administer investment deposits on behalf of their clientèle. It facilitates the creation of subaccounts for individual investments with the capability to accrue interest on a per-investment basis. PropWorx seamlessly integrates with a selection of esteemed financial institutions that support investment accounts, including:
  1. First National Bank 3PIM
  2. ABSA TPFM
  3. Nedbank Corporate Saver
  4. Mercantile Bank
  5. Grindrod TIS
By partnering with these reputable banks, PropWorx ensures compatibility and enables its clients to maximize the potential of their investment management capabilities

1. Click Accounting on the Main Menu.


2. Click Banking



3. On the main ribbon bar, select the Investment Accounts.



4.  Investment Accounts screen will open. 

5. Click on Import Investment Statement button



6. On the Investment Import screen, select the Investment Account from the drop-down and click Upload Investment File button



7. Search and select investment statement file from device and if required type in the investment statement password. Click Save to proceed with import.



8. Selected statement will be import and transactions will be allocated to customer files. 



9. Allocate any unallocated transaction by clicking on the “not allocated…select file” and select file from the file list. 





10. The selected file will be allocated to the transaction. 


11. When the user is ready, the user is able to process the investment account. Tick the rows of the investments to be imported and click Process button. 


12. Investment will be imported and appear on the investment ledgers of selected customer files. 


Reimport an Investment statement

Note: By reimporting an investment statement, the original import will be overwritten and deleted. 

1. Click on Import Investment Statement button



2. On the Investment Import screen, select the Investment Account from the drop-down and click Upload Investment File button



3. Search and select investment statement file from device and tick the “Overwrite any existing Investment Statement for this period?”. If required type in the investment statement password. Click Save to proceed with import.



4. Selected statement will be reimport and transactions will be allocated to customer files. 




5. Allocate any unallocated transaction by clicking on the “not allocated…select file” and select file from the file list. 





6. The selected file will be allocated to the transaction. 


7. When the user is ready, the user is able to process the investment account. Tick the rows of the investments to be imported and click Process button. 


8. Investment will be imported and appear on the investment ledgers of selected customer files.
