Import a Netcash Statement

You have two options to import Netcash transactions into PropWorx: using the auto bank statement feed or manually import the transactions

1. Click on Accounting on the Main Menu.


2. Click on Banking



3. On the main ribbon bar, select the New Transactions.



4.  New Transaction screen will open. 

5. Select Netcash (or Sagepay) from the Cashbook from the drop-down menu



6. The Netcash statement can be imported either manually or through an automated bank feed, depending on the setup.
  1. Option 1: Import Netcash statement manually

Select the Statement Date to be imported. Click on Fetch Netcash Statement button. 



  1. Option 2: Auto Bank Feed
If Netcash is configured for an auto bank feed, the Netcash transactions will be loaded to the screen automatically every morning.




7. Transactions will be imported and appear on the bank statement table. 



8. If necessary, allocate transactions to files. Payments will auto allocate to correct customer files. 
  1. Netcash lump sum payment - can be allocated to files called NETCTRL or similar
  2. Netcash Service Fees - can be allocated to files called NETFEES or similar
  3. Netcash Interested - can be allocated to files called NETINT or similar
9: When ready, proceed with processing the transactions.  Optional: type in the Netcash closing balance.



10. Select the transaction rows by ticking them.
11. Initiate the processing by clicking the Process button.



Note: If the closing balance is filled in, PropWorx will perform an auto bank reconciling.


10. The transaction will be processed and recorded in the designated file.


Allocate unallocated transactions.

Netcash Payments will auto allocate to correct customer files. Other general Netcash transactions can be allocated as follows.
  1. Netcash lump sum payment - can be allocated to files called NETCTRL or similar
  2. Netcash Service Fees - can be allocated to files called NETFEES or similar
  3. Netcash Interested - can be allocated to files called NETINT or similar

1.  Click on “not allocated…(select file)” on the transaction row.



2.  Search and select file by clicking on the file name.



3. The transaction will be assigned to the chosen file.




Delete Transactions

1.  Enable the Turn on Delete mode from the main heading.



2.  Select the transaction rows by ticking them and click on Delete button.



3. Selected transactions will be deleted from the bank import screen. 



Create Import Rule

1.  To create Import rule, click on Import Rules Button from the main heading.



2.  Click Add () button. Fill in the required details:



3. Click Update () button to create the rule. 
4. Close rule screen.
5. If required: Click on Run Rules button. Rules will run and allocate transactions.
