General & Deposit Ledgers

General & Deposit Ledgers

General ledgers will use a double-entry accounting system, which means that the transaction affects two general ledger accounts.

1. Click Accounting on the Main Menu.


2. Click Balances


3.  On the main ribbon bar, select General Ledgers.


4. General Ledgers is split into two (2) sections:
  1. General Ledger
  2. Deposit Ledger



5. To view Ledger, click on the ledger report button to open. 

General ledger 

  1. Will show ledgers where any trust and/or business cashbook transactions, trust and/or business journals, fees or trust-business transfers have been posted. 


Deposit Ledger

  1. Will show ledgers where any deposit cashbook transactions and deposit journals have been posted. 


6. The selected ledger report will open.



Filter & Report Features

Select File

Click on the File Button to change files or select file.



Filter by Date Range

Select the date range to view transactions that occurred in the selected range. 



Export Reports

To export the report, click on Export Button and select between PDF & Excel.


Search Text

To search for data within the report, type in the search field and click on the search icon ().
