Report Filter, Sorting and Customisation

Reports may differ, and some reports may have additional filters/features functions.

Filter: Category Buttons

Click on the Category button. The table report will filter according to the selected button. 



Filter: Menu Dropdowns

To filter by a dropdown, click on the filter box and select option from the menu. Filter dropdowns may vary between reports. 
Example of some filter dropdowns may include:
  1. File Status – Active, Inactive and All
  2. Record Status – Open, Closed and All


Filter: Grouping Menu

To filter by a Grouping, click on the Grouping Box and select an option from the menu. Custom option is also available to create custom groupings. Grouping options may vary between reports. 
Example of some filter dropdowns may include:
  1. Property grouping – Group by Building, Group by Type and custom
  2. Repair grouping – Group by Property, Group by File, Group by Building and custom


Customise: Show & Hide Table Column

Click on the Columns button. Select columns by either ticking columns (show) or deselecting columns (hide), click OK to update table. 



Search Text

To search for data within the report, type in the search field and click on the search icon (). 



Export Reports

To export the report, click on Export Button and select between PDF & Excel.



Access Record from Report 

To access the record, click on the ID or Name to shortcut access to the record. 



Send Bulk Correspondence (Email or SMS)

Select by ticking the Record Row/s and click Send button. Choose Email or SMS options.
