Fees Report & Fee Reversals

1. Click on Accounting on the Main Menu.



2. Click on Fees



3.  On the main ribbon bar, select Fee Reversal/Reports.




5. Fee / Reversal Report is split into three (3) functions:
  1. View all Debited Fees Report
  2. Fee Reversal process
  3. View all Reversed Fees Report

View All Debited Fees Report

1.  On the Fee/Reversal Report screen, click on Debited dropdown.



2.  All debited fees report will open, change date range and filter as required. 
  1. Filter by file type: Customer or Accounting
  2. Filter by month or custom date range
  3. Filer by Income Account
  4. Filter by File statues: Account, inactive and All


View All Reversed Fees Report

1.  On the Fee/Reversal Report screen, click on Debited and select Reversed from the dropdown menu.

All reversed fees report will open, change date range and filter as required. 
  1. Filter by File Type: Customer Files, Accounting Files and All
  2. Filter by month or custom date range
  3. Filter by Income Account
  4. Filter by File Status: Account, Inactive and All


Export Reports

To export the report, click on Export Button and select between PDF & Excel.



Search Text

To search for data within the report, type in the search field and click on the search icon (). 



Reverse a debited fee

Fees/Commissions can only be reversed once it is debited. Only the full amount and full fee (including splits) can be reversed. Users will not be able to reverse part of a fee or a balance of the fee account. 

1. On the Debited Fees Report, tick the fee or fees that need to be reversed. Click on Reverse Fees button



2. Click Yes to accept the prompt. 



3. Selected Fee/s will be reversed with the current date and appear under the Reversed Fee report. 



4. Ledger Reports and/or Landlord Statement will show the following:
  1. The original debited fee will have the text “Reversed On with reversed date”. (see orange row)
  2. The reversed fee credit transaction on the reversed date. (see pink row)


5. Optional: The user is able to debit a new fee or pay out any monies.
