USERS: Editing


1. Click on Settings --> Users & Controls --> Users



2. Click on the pencil EDIT icon for the user you would like to update. 

3. Make the necessary changes. For example, the user licence type and user group can be changed. 

Please note that the email address should not be edited as this will affect the log in for the user. If the email address has changed, it is best to delete the user and then create a new user with the new contact details.



4. To DEACTIVATE or DELETE a user, click on the ACTIONS button and select the required action. 


You can deactivate a user temporarily and later reactivate the user. You can also delete a user permanently. 



5. You can also deactivate or delete a user by clicking the toggle on the user
