Document Manager - All documents

1. Click Admin on the Main Menu.


2. Click Documents to open sub-menu.



3. Click on Documents Manager.


4. Documents Manager Screen will open. 



Rename a Document

Any changes made to the document name, will change everywhere the document appears on PropWorx.
1. Tick Document and click Rename File button



2. Edit File Name screen will open, rename file and click Save. Document will be renamed.

Download Document/s

1. Tick Document/s and click Download File button. Selected document/s will be saved to the download folder of the device.



Attached Document/s to Email

1. Tick Document/s and click Send Via Email button. Selected document/s will be attached to an email.





Delete document/s

1. Tick Document/s and click Deleted File button. Selected document/s will be deleted and sent to recycle bin.



Restore deleted document

Documents will automatically deleted from the recycle bin after 365 days have passed. Dcocments in the recycle bin after 3675 days will be removed  permanently and not be able to be restored 

1. Click on Recycle bin. The screen will then change and show Recycle Bin. 



2. Tick Document/s and click Restore button. Selected document/s will be restored.
