Create a Property - From Create File Screen

When creating a new file, a property may be created by clicking on the add () button. Search Address screen will appear. Type and select the address. Create New property screen will appear. 


Stand-Alone property (e.g., house)

1. In the search bar, type in the address in the and select the address from the list.



2. Optional: Add additional street address details (i.e., estate) if required. Click Save to create the property.



Property Unit in a building or complex (e.g., house)

1. In the search bar, type in the address in the and select the address from the list.



2. Type in the unit number. Select the complex/building, user will either link an:
  1. Option A) Link an Existing Complex/building– in the dropdown, select the complex/building to be linked to the unit. 


  1. Option B) Create a New Complex/building – click on the Add Complex/Building button. Type in the Scheme Name and Complex/Building Search Address (optional). Click Save to create complex/building. User can now select the complex/building in the dropdown. 



3. Optional: Add additional street address details (i.e., estate) if required. Click Save to create the property.
