Create a Contact - From Create File Screen
1. When creating a new file, a contact may be created by clicking on the add () button. Select the contact type (i.e., Person or a Company).
2. New Contact Screen will open. Click on Edit () button to enable screen.
3. Fill in the following contact details (mandatory fields):
Person - Forename and Surname
Company - Company Name
4. Optional: All other details can be skipped and added after the contact is created.
Cell - can be used to send smses via PropWorx.
Email - can be used to send emails via PropWorx.
Postal Address - is used to appear as the billing address on statements and invoices.
5. Click on the Save () button to create contact.
6. Contact will be linked to the file according to the person type (e.g., landlord, buyer or tenant) screen.
