Company: Company Details, VAT & Statement Bank Details
1. Click Settings on the Main Menu.
3. The company screen consists of three sections:
- Company details
- Vat Details (if required)
- Company Statement Bank Account details
4. Click Edit button to load and maintain company settings
Company Details
Company details are the details for the database of the company.
Vat Details
If your company is VAT registered and require loading VAT on commissions/fees and bank transactions. VAT added to commissions/fees and bank transactions will appear on the Tax Report (see Tax Report). Ensure that VAT is added to Fee/Commission under the Tenant Charges and Landlord Expenses (rentals and sales)
Company Statement Bank Account Details
Add bank details that require to appear on the Tenant Statements/Invoices, Landlord Tax invoices and Pro Forma invoices.
