Company analytics: Company Lease Reports
1. To access the company lease reports reports, start by clicking on Accounting in the Main Menu.
2. Click on Company Reports.
3. Click on Company Lease Reports on the main menu
4. Under the Company Lease Reports menu, there are reports:
- Rent Summary Report
- Arrears Rental Report
- New Leases added per period report
5. To view the report, click on one of the report buttons to open.
Rent Summary Report
The Rent Summary Report will show all tenant charges processed to the statement for a selected period. This will include charges flagged as Rent as well as all other charges (e.g., payments, credit notes, fees, provisions, and general debit entries) flagged as Other.
1. Click on Rent Summary Report
2. Select the Period from the drop-down.
3. The report and graph will update with the selected period data.
4. Optional: Export Reports to Excel or PDF.
Arrears Rental Report
1. Click on Arrears Rental Report
2. Select the Age Analysis period from the filter buttons. The report and graph will update with the selected period data.
3. Optional: Export Reports to Excel or PDF.
New Leases added per period report
1. Click on New Leases added per period Report
2. Select the Date Range to view all new leases (files created) during the selected date range.
3. Select the Length of Lease from the drop-down.
4. The report update with the selected filters' data.
5. Optional: Export Reports to Excel or PDF.
