Company Invoices (aka Fee Reports) Reports
1. Click Accounting on the Main Menu.
2. Click Fees
3. Select Company Invoice Reports in the main ribbon bar.
4. Choose between three reports:
- A) Invoice Summary (aka Fee summary)- A report that will show you a table of all the fees debited each
month as well as any reversed fees performed during the month. It will give you
a net total in income of your fees.
B) Income Account Report (aka Detailed Fee Report)- A report that will show you a table of all the fees debited each
month as well as any reversed fees performed during the month. For each month,
you can see a breakdown of the total fees debited according to the fee accounts
and will give you a net total in income of your fees.
- C) Agent Invoices Report – A report that will show you a table of all the fees debited for each
month and any reversed fees according to the
agents that manage the leases (not by fee account). For each month, you can see
a breakdown of the total fees debited according to the agents that manage the
leases.
Filter by the following options:
- A) Filter by Month Range (optional)
- B) Adjust Date Range for consolidated ledger (optional)
5) Click Generate Report
6) Report will generate with table and chart.
Filter and Search functions on the top panel of the grid
Show & Hide Columns – click column selector and tick (to show) or untick (to hide) columns.
Export Reports – click Export and select export options: PDF, Print & Excel.
Search – type in the search field
