View Tenant Arrears Age Analysis Report
The Arrears Debtors Report provides detailed information on overdue payments and outstanding debts. It includes an Age Analysis section that breaks down and assesses overdue payments based on their durations. This analysis helps identify how long payments have been outstanding, improving debt management and prioritization of collection efforts. Additionally, any credits received from debtors are allocated to the oldest debt, ensuring a systematic approach to resolving outstanding obligations.
View from Dashboard
1. To access the arrears report from dashboard, start by clicking on Admin on the Main Menu.
3. Click on Dashboard in the sub-menu, then select the Arrears button.
4. The Arrears Report will open.
- Category (Optional): Utilize the existing filter category buttons to quickly generate reports. Clicking on a Category button will auto-filter the table report.
- To access the Tenant Statement Record from the Report: Click on the Account Name to open the record.

2. Click on Tenant Statements.
3. Click on Balances on the main menu
4. From the sub-menu, click on Tenant Age Analysis
5. Tenant Age Analysis (also known as Arrears Report) will open.
- The tenant age analysis is a useful report to analyse the ageing of each tenant charge.
- It allows the user to verify how much and for how long a tenant has been in arrears. It divides the arrears into Current, 30, 60, 90 and 120+ days in arrears.
6. Optional:
- Export report to excel or PDF.
- Send out Email or SMS notifications
